Fredericksburg, VA 22401 Job Requirements Physician with experience in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or a related clinical setting At least 1 year of experience required Board Certified or Board Eligible required BLS certification required Ability to work collaboratively with residents and clinical team members Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care Responsibilities Provide compassionate palliative care to patients with complex medical needs Collaborate with residents and support team-based patient care Manage a variable number of patient encounters per shift Deliver high-quality, patient-focused clinical assessment and treatment planning Contribute to a supportive and educational clinical environment Why Consider This Virginia Physician Opportunity?
