options 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) Support for work-life balance and professional growth What You ll Do Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU and newborn nursery setting Attend and manage high-risk deliveries collaboratively with OB teams Deliver patient-centered care to approximately 9-11 neonates daily Mentor and support NICU nursing and respiratory therapy teams Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and nurse practitioners Participate in strategic growth efforts and patient safety programs Optional moonlighting opportunities across
Virginia What You Need Required:
Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology Valid medical license for Virginia or qualified to obtain one Residency within the immediate local area (relocation support may be provided)
Preferred:
