• Inpatient rotation of 1:8 to keep up your skills
• No emergency department coverage required
• Specialty interests supported, including hospitalist work, women's health, geriatrics/nursing home rounds, leadership, and more
• Team of 7 Family Medicine Physicians and 6 Advanced Practitioners
• J-1 and H-1B visa
• HPSA score: 15 & PSLF-eligible
• Open to experienced physicians as well as 2027 residents and fellows Compensation & Benefits
• Total recruitment package of $570,000
• Base salary plus call compensation totaling $319,000
• $200,000 sign-on bonus
• Residency/Fellowship stipend available
