- 4-day work week
- Full-scope Family Medicine
- Inpatient rotation of 1:8 to keep up your skills
- No emergency department coverage required
- Specialty interests supported, including hospitalist work, women's health, geriatrics/nursing home rounds, leadership, and more
- Team of 7 Family Medicine Physicians and 6 Advanced Practitioners
- J-1 and H-1B visa
- HPSA score: 15 & PSLF-eligible
- Open to experienced physicians as well as 2027 residents and fellows Compensation & Benefits
- Total recruitment package of $570,000
- Base salary plus call compensation totaling $319,000
- $200,000 sign-on bonus
- Residency/Fellowship stipend available
