Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting students in a dynamic school environment. This full-time, onsite contract position allows you to utilize your expertise as a School Psychologist, working across two campuses: a middle school and a high school. Collaborate with dedicated educational teams while focusing primarily on evaluations to identify and support student learning needs.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Current, valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience conducting educational and psychological evaluations with school-age students Strong skills in assessment, report writing, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of special education eligibility and laws Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations primarily for middle and high school students Split time between two school buildings, ensuring seamless support across both Develop evidence-based recommendations that inform educational planning and interventions Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret findings and promote student success Contribute to IEP meetings and eligibility determinations as needed Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines Experience the satisfaction of supporting students and educators through thoughtful assessment and collaboration.
