BTS Counseling & Wellness is growing, and we're looking for another amazing clinician to join our team. We're seeking an LCSW or LMSW clinician who is compassionate, dependable, clinically strong, and genuinely enjoys helping people feel understood and supported. Our practice focuses on working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, mood-related concerns, and the many demands of everyday life. We believe clinicians do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and connected to their team. We're intentional about creating a practice where clinicians have autonomy in their work while also having a team they can turn to for support. Qualifications Current LCSW or LMSW licensure Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience Strong interest in clinical work and professional growth Warm, authentic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach Commitment to providing high-quality care Experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, CPT, and trauma-informed care What We Offer Flexible scheduling Hybrid and telehealth options Competitive compensation of $45-$100 per hour , based on licensure level and experience Clinical supervision available for LMSWs working toward LCSW licensure Ongoing support and opportunities for professional growth Administrative and practice support A collaborative, supportive team environment Free gym membership This position offers the opportunity to build and maintain a strong outpatient caseload within a supportive private practice environment.
