Glenview, IL + Remote) Help & Healing Center Help & Healing Center is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team conducting neurodiversity-affirming evaluations for children, teens, and adults. This is contract role with possibility of transitioning into a salaried, benefits-eligible position with a hybrid schedule based out of our Glenview, IL office, combined with remote work flexibility. About Us We specialize in comprehensive neurodevelopmental evaluations, with a strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice. We pay close attention to masking and varied presentations across age groups. We do many evaluations for teenagers and adults who have never been evaluated before and also specialize in PDA. We also do different types of evaluations and would love to hire either a seasoned psychologist or a newer psychologist who is interested in expanding their repertoire. We're a small, clinically grounded practice that values thoughtful, individualized assessment. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental evaluations (autism, ADHD, learning differences, and related presentations) across the lifespan — children, teens, and adults Integrate a neurodiversity-affirming framework into testing, interpretation, and feedback Write clinically grounded, strengths-based reports that also clearly address areas of concern See clients in person at our Glenview, IL office, with the ability to also see clients remotely (PSYPACT) Collaborate with a small team that values direct, high-quality clinical work Who You Are Licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in good standing Trained and experienced in neurodevelopmental/diagnostic evaluation across ages Holds a PSYPACT license, or is willing and eligible to obtain one Physically based in or near Glenview, IL, with reliable ability to work in-office Committed to neurodiversity-affirming, individualized clinical care Comfortable balancing in-person and telehealth evaluation work What We Offer Contract position with flexible schedule Hybrid schedule (in-person + remote) Support for a clinically focused, low-bureaucracy practice environment A collaborative, mission-aligned team Possibility of W2 employment after a period of contract work, with eligibility for health insurance coverage.
