Westbrook Preschool Qualifications:
Illinois Professional Educator License with an endorsement in School Psychology (PreK-Age 21)
Working Conditions:
Full-time or Part-time, long-term substitute assignment beginning as soon as possible.

Assistant Principal of Student Services Essential Job Functions:
The ability to work collaboratively with others to optimize student achievement. A willingness to participate in staff development opportunities. A strong commitment to professional excellence. A. Systems Support Supporting efforts to build a responsive system through MTSS Participating in building based and district level MTSS activities B. Assessment Engaging in Data Day activities as part of the a larger MTSS system Selecting appropriate assessment instruments Conducting assessments appropriately Interpreting assessment information accurately Screening/referral/evaluation process Reporting assessment data in a clear and concise manner Providing classroom observations Conducting screenings C. Designing Individualized Educational Programs Developing individualized goals and objectives based on assessment results providing long-range student planning Fully participating in the IEP process D. Provision of Direct Services Providing consultation and training to staff and parents as needed Providing training for parents and staff as needed Participating in the development and implementation of mental health preventative strategies Demonstrating an understanding of individual and group counseling techniques E. Case Management Participating with the building Student Services Team Monitoring implementation of student I.E.P.s Managing and coordinating required paperwork
Qualifications:
Master's level school psychologist Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with endorsement in School Psychology (PreK-Age 21) Previous experience preferred
