Key Qualifications:

Valid Illinois Psychologist License required Previous experience working as a School Psychologist, preferably with early childhood or preschool populations Understanding of school-based psychological assessments, interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with district and state requirements for school-based psychological services Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results to inform individualized education planning for preschool students Provide recommendations and consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a supportive learning environment Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of young learners Participate in eligibility and team meetings, ensuring compliance with state and district standards Offer crisis intervention, social-emotional support, and staff education as needed Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with all legal and ethical guidelines
