Desired Qualifications:

Certified or licensed as a School Psychologist Minimum of three years' relevant experience, preferably in a school setting Background supporting students facing behavioral, mental health, social, and emotional challenges Demonstrated skill with tiered interventions and implementing SEL programs Experience delivering counseling services for students with IEP counseling goals Master's degree in School Psychology or closely related field preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students with behavioral, mental health, or emotional needs Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to design and monitor effective interventions Lead implementation of SEL curriculum schoolwide and support staff with best practices Evaluate student progress toward counseling goals, updating IEPs and documentation as required Facilitate functional behavior assessments and participate in behavioral intervention planning Serve as a key resource for crisis intervention, prevention strategies, and mental health awareness This is a fulfilling, full-time contract role within a supportive middle school setting, offering an opportunity to make a lasting difference in students' lives.
