Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by supporting middle school students' well-being in a dynamic educational environment. This contract position is designed for a dedicated school psychologist with a passion for guiding students through behavioral, mental health, social, and emotional challenges. As a full-time team member, you will work closely with staff and students to foster a supportive and inclusive school atmosphere.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a school setting preferred Master's degree in School Psychology or related field preferred Proven ability to work with students exhibiting behavioral, mental health, or emotional needs Familiarity with tiered interventions and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum Experience supporting students in meeting counseling goals as outlined on anIEP Your Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform student support plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to deliver targeted interventions Provide individualized and group counseling services to address emotional and social challenges Develop, implement, and monitor progress on IEP counseling goals Lead and participate in multidisciplinary meetings focused on student success Support crisis intervention and consultation as needed within the middle school setting This contract position offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise and grow professionally in a supportive school community.
