This full-time position offers 40 hours per week and spans two school sites, one serving K-3rd grade and the other K-5th grade. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid and current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5th preferred) Strong skills in conducting evaluations (cognitive, behavioral, academic) Knowledge and experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and behavior plan implementation Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Comfortable adapting services across both traditional and higher-needs classrooms Willingness to work in a hybrid environment if required
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments Develop and implement FBAs and individualized behavior intervention plans Support MAP and higher-needs classes through observation, coaching, and consultation Collaborate with educators, aides, and families to support student growth and well-being Document and report on student progress and recommendations Travel between two sites as needed This role allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while engaging with a dedicated and collaborative school community.
