Job Description

Embark on an exciting contract opportunity designed for a passionate, skilled professional seeking to make a meaningful impact in K-12 education settings. This pivotal role allows you to work within a vibrant and supportive environment, either onsite or virtually, offering much-needed psychological and paraprofessional support to students in southern Oregon. This part-time (.5 FTE) position spans from ASAP through June 11, 2027, bringing stability and purpose to your career in school-based services. Ideal candidates will thrive collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, delivering psychological assessments, supporting IEP development, and providing crisis intervention as needed. Youll have the chance to work across grade levels, deepening your expertise and making a real difference in students educational journeys.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current Oregon state license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience supporting K-12 students in educational or clinical environments Ability to work both onsite or via teletherapy (VOCO) platforms Willingness to work part-time (.5 position) Open to both experienced professionals and interns Relocation candidates will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and report findings Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs Provide direct support to students, including counseling and behavioral intervention Offer consultation to staff and promote a positive, inclusive school climate Maintain detailed and confidential records per district policy
