Yes About the Role The Psy Center is seeking two part-time Psychometricians to join our Ballard team and support comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in psychological assessment, enjoy structured and detail-oriented work, and are comfortable working directly with children, adolescents, and adults. Both positions will begin as part-time W-2 employment , with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment based on practice needs, performance, reliability, and mutual fit . What You'll Do Administer psychological and neuropsychological tests under the direction of a licensed psychologist Score psychological and neuropsychological assessments accurately according to standardized scoring procedures Review scoring for accuracy and completeness before submitting results to the supervising psychologist Enter and organize testing scores, behavioral observations, and assessment data Work directly with children, adolescents, and adults undergoing psychological and neuropsychological evaluations Follow standardized testing procedures, administration instructions, and established assessment protocols Maintain accuracy and consistency in test administration, scoring, and data entry Prepare testing materials before appointments and organize materials following testing sessions Document relevant behavioral observations during testing sessions Assist with data summaries and other evaluation-related documentation as assigned Maintain accurate, organized, and HIPAA-compliant records Coordinate and communicate with psychologists and other members of the clinical and administrative team Maintain a consistent and dependable work schedule Communicate promptly regarding scheduling concerns, testing issues, scoring questions, or other matters that may affect patient care or clinic operations Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field Previous psychological or neuropsychological testing experience preferred Familiarity with standardized assessment procedures is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow standardized testing protocols and clinician instructions Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a clinical team Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults Dependable, professional, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Training may be provided for strong candidates who have the appropriate educational background and aptitude for psychological assessment.
