Job Type:
Full-Time or Part-TimeWe are seeking a Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technician to join our healthcare team in Hubbard, Ohio. This position is ideal for a licensed and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment and providing quality care to patients.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
ScheduleThe facility is open:
Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM-8:00 PM
Saturday-Sunday:
9:00 AM-6:00 PM Employees will be scheduled within these operating hours. Weekend availability may be required.
What You'll Do
Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures according to provider orders.
Prepare and position patients for radiologic procedures.
Explain procedures and provide appropriate patient instructions.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout examinations.
Review patient histories, charts, and provider orders before procedures.
Operate radiologic equipment and ensure quality diagnostic images.
Follow current radiation protection and safety standards.
Maintain accurate patient and imaging records.
Assist with patient intake, registration, and overall patient flow.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff.
Assist with basic medical assisting and occupational medicine duties as needed.
Help maintain adequate supplies and an organized clinical environment.
Provide professional and compassionate customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiography/Radiologic Technology.
Current state license and/or certification to practice.
Current BLS certification.
Knowledge of radiologic procedures and radiation safety.
Strong patient-care and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
