Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) environment. BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care to adult medical-surgical patients, including monitoring vitals, administering medications, and performing clinical interventions. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other nursing staff to develop individualized patient care plans. Document patient progress and update records according to facility protocols and regulatory standards. Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
