Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and comfort. This role involves working closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to deliver personalized care in a supportive environment. The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in assessing residents' needs, administering treatments, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. Duties Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessments, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans. Monitor residents' health status by observing symptoms, vital signs, and responses to treatments. Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and facility protocols. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care. Document all nursing activities thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records. Educate residents and their families about health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies. Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in residents' condition to ensure safety and well-being. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies related to resident care and safety. Supervise nursing assistants and other support staff as needed to ensure quality care delivery. Promote a compassionate environment that respects the dignity and rights of each resident. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Prior experience working in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of geriatric care principles. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and team members. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful resident-centered care. Ability to work flexible shifts as required by the facility's schedule. Pay:

$31.00 - $34.00 per hour
