They demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and an exceptional experience. Responsible for understanding department policies and organizational workflows Applies basic nursing knowledge and skills to meet standards of care Practices as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team Possesses current RN licensure in Arkansas; BSN preferred New graduates or RNs in good standing eligible; some specialty training provided Requires Healthcare CPR; ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be needed Authorized for 72 hours bi-weekly
