Responsibilities include:

Monitoring and evaluating nursing care and staff performance Leading shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services Identifying and resolving resident care issues promptly Providing reports and recommendations to leadership Coordinating nursing services with other resident care teams

Qualifications:
