Key Qualifications:

Active RN license, in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS; TNCC preferred Strong critical thinking and assessment skills Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Triage and assess patients rapidly and accurately using advanced nursing skills Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues Perform emergency interventions and prepare patients for procedures Document care according to facility protocols and regulatory requirements
