Key Responsibilities Compassionate Care:

Provide direct patient care to residents with a focus on empathy, including administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records.

Individualized Support:

Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Condition Monitoring:

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and physicians to ensure safety and well-being.

Team Collaboration:

Partner with all departments to ensure seamless care delivery and contribute to a welcoming, supportive workplace for staff and residents alike.

Quality & Inclusion:

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and ensure our care remains accessible and culturally responsive. Requirements Current RN license in the state of Illinois. Minimum 0 years of experience (we proudly welcome new graduates to our inclusive team). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-first mentality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse resident population. A naturally compassionate and empathetic approach to nursing.
