Category Schools - RN Nurse Job Type Contract Part-Time School Registered Nurse (RN)

Location:

De Soto, KS Soliant is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide long-term leave coverage in a school setting. This position supports students with disabilities who receive special education services in a center-based special education classroom. The assignment may also include providing medical care during students' bus or van rides to school.

Position Details Assignment Dates:

ASAP through May 2027

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday Hours:

7:00 AM-3:00

PM Setting:

Center-based special education classroom Responsibilities Provide nursing care and health services to assigned students throughout the school day. Support students' individual health needs and follow established care plans. Collaborate with classroom staff and the school team to support student health and participation. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate relevant health updates. Provide medical support during bus or van transportation to school, if assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Valid Registered Nurse license in KS or multi-state. Preferred Experience Experience working with children.
