This position involves providing direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions for assigned patients. The RN supervises staff, ensures high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care, and supports resource management at the unit level.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver patient care according to established standards, safety protocols, and medical regimens. Maintain compliance with infection control, quality improvement, and risk management practices. Perform all required emergency response tasks in line with hospital incident command systems and emergency codes. Support staff competency development and resource allocation to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice nursing in the relevant state. CPR certification.

Preferred:

Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
