Job Description
Are you an RN looking for meaningful work that makes a difference? Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Hours Horizon Public Health, serving Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens and Traverse Counties, is recruiting a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide case management services for clients under age 65. What We Offer Meaningful work helping clients and families Supportive team environment Training and education Competitive salary and benefits Minimum qualifications include a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing and licensed in MN with at least one year of home and community-based experience. Exceptions may apply for ADN applicants with at least two years of home and community-based experience. Prior experience in long term care is also beneficial. Successful applicants must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test. Must have valid MN driver's license and reliable, insured transportation. This is a Grade 13 MNA/AFSCME Council #65 union position.
