ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide high-quality bedside care across partner healthcare facilities using our digital marketplace. As an LPN, you will administer medications, perform treatments, monitor and document patient status in the EHR, and promptly communicate changes to RNs and providers. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, follow care plans, and uphold infection control and safety standards. Responsibilities Provide direct bedside care to patients in line with facility policies and scope of practice Administer medications, injections, and treatments accurately and safely Monitor, record, and report vital signs and patient status in the EHRAssist with wound care, ADLs, and mobility support Follow established care plans and collaborate with RNs and providers on updates Maintain strict infection control and safety standards Document all care and interventions clearly and timely Educate patients and families on care instructions within LPN scope Coordinate with facility staff to support smooth shift transitions Use Shift Key's platform to select and manage shifts across partner facilities Required Skills Medication administration Vital signs monitoring Wound care and dressing changes Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation IV therapy and injections Care planning and care coordination Patient and family education Infection control practices Triaging and reporting changes in condition Time management and multi-shift coordination
