Otterbein Senior Life seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our faith-based senior living community. In this role, you will assess and monitor residents, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized care plans across skilled nursing, assisted living, and rehabilitation settings. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise support staff, and educate residents and families. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to senior residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and response to care Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care Supervise and support LPNs, STNAs, and other care staff to ensure compliance with standards Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow regulatory requirements Promote a safe, compassionate, faith-based environment aligned with organizational values Required Skills Medication administration Wound care management Care plan development Geriatric nursing Vital signs monitoring and assessment Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Infection prevention and control IV therapy and treatments Patient and family education Team leadership and delegation
