What You'll Do As a valued member of our care team, you will play an important role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported.

Provide Personal Care:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Monitor Health and Well-Being:

Check and document vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, as assigned.

Support Memory Care Residents:

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other cognitive impairments.

Assist With Medications:

Support medication administration in accordance with applicable regulations, prescribed protocols, and facility policies.

Encourage Engagement:

Help residents participate in meaningful activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and emotional well-being.

Promote Safety:

Use proper lifting, transferring, and manual handling techniques to protect residents and caregivers from injury. Maintain a

Required Qualifications and Skills Recent experience working in a nursing home within the past three years. Background in long-term care, residential care, assisted living, or a similar care setting. Knowledge of personal care, activities of daily living, and safe resident transfers. Experience supporting individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory care needs, or cognitive disabilities. Familiarity with vital signs monitoring, medication procedures, and proper care documentation. Ability to perform the physical duties of the position safely, including lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of resident rights, infection prevention, and standard safety practices. First aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire, where permitted. Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Have you worked in nursing homes as a caregiver in the last 3yrs? We can not consider you without nursing home experience Are you available to work at least 1-2 shifts every week? 1 is our bare minimum. Do you have a BLS/CPR and TB test results from within the last year? If not are you able to obtain?
