Required Skills & Experience:

Active RN license Two years of recent experience in Telemetry, Medical Surgical, and/or Tele units Strong clinical assessment abilities and experience with cardiac monitoring Proficiency in EHR charting and care documentation Excellent communication and team collaboration skills BLS and ACLS certifications required

Schedule/Hours:

Travel position with flexible assignments based on facility needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry units Monitor patient conditions and interpret telemetry data Administer medications, implement treatment plans, and monitor patient responses Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and best practices
