1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry/Post-Op position requiring at least 2 years of recent specialty experience and a TX or compact RN license. Details Med-Surg/Telemetry unit caring for post-operative and cardiac monitoring patients 13-week assignment with night shift schedule (6pm-6am) Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted, must not expire within 30 days of start) NIH Stroke Certification required for this unit Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry/Med-Surg experience required No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted) One professional reference required Additional Information Provide telemetry monitoring and post-operative nursing care on a med-surg unit Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position First-time travelers may be considered
