Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong critical thinking, assessment, and response skills Proficient with cardiac monitoring equipment and telemetry protocols Excellent communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and treat patients requiring cardiac monitoring Interpret and act on telemetry data quickly and accurately Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress thoroughly Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals for optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding conditions and ongoing care Adhere to safety, infection control, and privacy protocols at all times
