  • Strong computer literacy and ability to accurately enter and maintain patient information.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Medical records (MR) experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using
EPIC EMR.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience with patient registration, medical records, insurance information, or healthcare front-desk operations.
Position SummaryThe Patient Registration Representative provides front-desk and administrative support in a busy healthcare environment. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for patients while ensuring accurate and timely registration, demographic and insurance information, appointment support, and medical office documentation.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, computer literate, and able to learn new systems quickly. Previous healthcare or medical records experience is preferred. Bilingual Spanish skills and experience with
EPIC EMR
are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent customer service throughout the registration process.
  • Check in and arrive patients for scheduled appointments.
  • Enter and update patient registration information, including demographics, contact information, and insurance details.
  • Verify that patient information is complete and accurate within the electronic medical record system.
  • Make appointment reminder calls and communicate necessary visit information to patients.
  • Scan and upload patient documents and other records into the appropriate system.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document management, and record maintenance.
  • Assist patients with basic registration and scheduling-related questions and direct more complex inquiries to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive healthcare information appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Clinicians, Nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to support efficient patient flow and daily clinic operations.
Dress CodeScrubs; navy blue preferred.

Team EnvironmentThis position works closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team that includes Medical Assistants, Clinicians, and Nurses. The role serves as an important front-line resource for patients while supporting smooth communication and workflow across the clinical team.
