Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Tuxedo Registration Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing tuxedo registrations from wholesale accounts, including bridal shops and men's clothing stores across the Midwest. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide courteous customer service to our retail partners. Responsibilities Process and enter tuxedo registrations from wholesale accounts. Accurately apply inventory codes for rental items, including tuxedo pants, shirts, vests, pocket squares and related accessories. Advise accounts on proper measurements, identify potential inaccuracies or style mismatches, and provide solutions. Communicate with accounts regarding order completeness, accuracy, and shipping methods. Ensure timely and precise data entry to support smooth order fulfillment. Other tasks include miscellaneous wholesale support, and occasional payment entries. Skills Strong Communication and customer service skills with a professional, courteous phone manner. High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry. Dependable daily attendance, with the ability to work effectively in a small office environment. Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to support wholesale accounts and colleagues.
