Mileage reimbursement Build a More Predictable Respiratory Therapy Career Are you an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist looking for a stable weekday schedule outside the traditional hospital environment? P3SG is hiring a full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide respiratory care, equipment education, and clinical support to patients in their homes throughout Northern Arizona. This opportunity is well suited for an RRT who enjoys working independently, educating patients and caregivers, and building long-term relationships while remaining part of a supportive clinical team. This position offers a Monday-through-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule , competitive hourly compensation, mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and a sign-on bonus of up to $4,000. Position Highlights $30 to $38 per hour, based on experience Up to $4,000 sign-on bonus Monday through Friday schedule Regular office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Full-time, direct-hire opportunity Mileage reimbursement for field travel Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k), HSA, and FSA options Career growth and clinical development opportunities Independent, patient-focused work environment What You Will Do Complete in-home respiratory assessments Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed respiratory therapy and equipment Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot oxygen systems, CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators, and related respiratory equipment Adjust ventilator settings according to physician orders and established clinical protocols Provide ongoing patient support and follow-up Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with physicians and other members of the patient's care team Support pediatric and high-acuity respiratory patients as assigned Participate in scheduled on-call coverage for critical equipment discharges Safely transport respiratory equipment to patient locations Required Qualifications Active Registered Respiratory Therapist credential Active or eligible Arizona respiratory care licence Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record Hands-on experience with respiratory therapy, respiratory equipment, or patient education Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in patient homes Ability to travel within the assigned Northern Arizona service area Ability to lift and transport medical equipment weighing up to 65 pounds Basic computer and electronic documentation proficiency Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply: Home health or community-based respiratory care Durable Medical Equipment or Home Medical Equipment Ventilator management Oxygen therapy CPAP, BiPAP, NIV, nebulizer, or suction equipment ICU, critical care, LTACH, acute care, or pulmonary care Pediatric respiratory services Patient and caregiver education Candidates do not need experience in every area listed above to be considered. Travel and On-Call Expectations This is a field-based position serving patients across Northern Arizona. Regular driving is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided. Some assignments may involve longer-distance travel based on patient needs. The RRT will also participate in scheduled on-call coverage for pediatric and critical respiratory equipment discharges. Specific scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
