Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Respiratory Therapist in Flagstaff AZ as soon as possible. 4x10s 4 days of 10 hours a day - 3 days OffSIGN ON !! Fulltime Role. Awesome Manager !! A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient care.
Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment :
Evaluate patients' respiratory conditions by conducting diagnostic tests and interpreting results to develop appropriate treatment plans.
Treatment Administration :
Administer respiratory therapies, medications, and treatments, including mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy, to improve lung function and manage respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, and pneumonia.
Monitoring and Evaluation :
Continuously monitor patients' responses to therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Collaboration :
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and develop coordinated treatment plans.
Patient Education :
Educate patients and their families about respiratory health, disease management, and the proper use of respiratory equipment and medications.
Emergency Care :
Provide emergency interventions for patients experiencing respiratory distress or failure, including CPR and advanced airway management. For far more information, please apply so that we can at least talk in depth. Thank you
