Schedule/Hours:

Night shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)

Key Qualifications:

Active credentials as a Respiratory Therapist and Registered Respiratory Therapist Experience in pediatric respiratory care strongly preferred Proficient in the assessment, treatment, and management of respiratory disorders Strong critical thinking and communication abilities Current BLS and relevant certifications

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy to pediatric patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members for optimal outcomes Monitor, evaluate, and document patient responses to respiratory treatments and interventions Administer oxygen, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy as prescribed Manage ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and other advanced respiratory support Participate in emergency respiratory care, such as acute distress interventions and airway management Educate patients and families regarding respiratory procedures, equipment use, and aftercare instructions
