Job Description:

Tide is hiring a Regional Director of Respiratory Therapy to oversee non-ventilator respiratory programs across our SNF network. Lead clinical quality, compliance, and staff development for respiratory services region-wide. RT licensure and multi-site leadership experience preferred, but not required. Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure:

Current and active state Respiratory Therapist license. Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures, equipment, and infection control practices. Ability to perform detailed assessments and respond appropriately in urgent situations. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable to the skilled nursing environment.
