24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. Travel experience is preferred. Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. COVID booster required after submission. Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• NICU experience required.
• Bubble CPAP experience required.

Preferred Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Special Requests:

• Assignment length may vary: 18 weeks for 9/14 orientation; 16 weeks for 9/28 orientation.

Unit Details:

• Cares for adult and NICU patients, with limited pediatric stabilization in the ER.
• Draws own ABGs, attends deliveries, and uses Bubble CPAP; if intubating in NICU, will place patients on a 980 ventilator and send out.
• May serve as shift charge therapist and as a preceptor to new team members or students.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend and major holidays required.

14 days maximum time off 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years Proof of identification required for submission

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support) RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification

CRT ACLS
