Job Description

Respiratory Therapist Location:
Dayton General Hospital -
Dayton, WA Schedule:
Full-Time | 12 hour Shifts (Days) 7am-7pm
Compensation:
$35.00 - $58.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$7,500 for
Full-Time Status Shift Differentials:
$4.00 Differential for Nights; $2.00 Differential for Weekends Flexible Scheduling | Shift Differentials | Full-Time and Per Diem Positions Available Join our team at Columbia County Health System! We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Therapy team. The ideal candidate provides safe and effective respiratory care, maintains high safety and clinical standards, communicates well with patients and clinical staff, and demonstrates sound judgment and strong teamwork.

Use, maintain, and care for respiratory therapy equipment and supplies properly. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records and charting. Uphold high safety standards and work responsibly at all times. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and hospital staff; demonstrate strong teamwork. Exercise good judgment, tact, dependability, and accuracy in all duties. Educate patients about their respiratory condition and treatment as appropriate.
