Desired Skills & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license in the state or eligibility for licensure SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and/or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates welcome Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team Proficient with individualized education program (IEP) processes and paperwork Effective communicator with students, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each students needs Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate actively in IEP meetings Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families to support student success Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels empowered If you bring your expertise, passion, and dedication to student growth, your impact will resonate throughout the school community.
