Job Description

This contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists at any experience level, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). You'll be immersed in a collaborative community committed to supporting every student's communication needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program California licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Open to SLPs with CCC, those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and strong school-based experience Comfortable working with a diverse student population Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support individualized student plans Conduct assessments and develop appropriate goals tailored to student needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for learning
