Her leadership philosophy centers on developing clinicians rather than simply managing employees. She believes in providing clear expectations, removing barriers to success, encouraging independent clinical thinking, and creating an environment where team members feel respected, supported, and empowered to become exceptional pediatric clinicians. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, feeding, fluency, voice, social communication, and AAC needs Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Complete evaluations, daily documentation, progress reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover outside of therapy Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, schools, and other professionals when appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards consistent with ASHA and state licensure requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible for Georgia licensure Eligible to begin a Clinical Fellowship Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and families Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred but not required Benefits $34.00-$36.00 per hour Medical insurance Dental insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Individualized Clinical Fellowship mentorship Structured onboarding and training Therapy materials and assessment resources provided Opportunities for continued professional growth Our Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, eager to learn, and committed to providing exceptional care to children and their families.
