• required). Paramount Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing outpatient pediatric therapy team in Austell, Georgia. We are a private pediatric therapy clinic providing individualized, family-centered speech and language services in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for an experienced SLP who enjoys working with children, values strong relationships with families, and wants the autonomy and support that come with working in a small private practice setting. Position Details Full-time Monday-Thursday schedule 34 guaranteed paid hours per week No weekends required Paid documentation time built into the workday Paid time for required meetings and clinical responsibilities Individualized 30-minute treatment sessions Primarily outpatient pediatric caseload Opportunity to work with a variety of pediatric populations, including: Speech sound disorders; Language disorders; Autism spectrum disorder; Developmental delays; AAC Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation: $46-51/hour based on experience, clinical expertise, and bilingual qualifications Medical and dental insurance after 90 days Paid holidays Paid time off Paid documentation time Supportive administrative team to assist with scheduling, intake, and clinic operations Opportunities for professional growth and increased compensation based on experience and contributions 3-

Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Georgia SLP license or eligibility ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Pediatric clinical experience required Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Ability to provide family-centered, evidence-based therapy Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English skills (preferred, but not required) Experience serving bilingual and multicultural families Experience with AAC Experience with early intervention and/or autism Ability to independently complete evaluations and develop treatment plans Why Join Paramount Pediatrics?
