Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Experience in pediatric and early childhood speech therapy, especially in school-based settings Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Flexibility in adapting to varying caseload severities and group sizes Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat K12 students with communication disorders aligning interventions to their IEP goals Develop individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, fluency, and voice needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise in developing goals and strategies Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
