Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure as an SLP Previous experience in a K-12 or pediatric school setting preferred Strong knowledge of IEP process and educational documentation Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educational teams Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals Provide direct intervention services in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and IEP paperwork Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations for service delivery Support a positive learning environment and advocate for student success
