Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team! Our SLPs work within our 2 ABA centers (Flanders, NJ and Augusta, NJ) to support clients in developing functional communication, language, and social skills while collaborating with our clinical team to provide individualized, comprehensive care. Job Type:
Part-time.
Job Responsibilities:
Administer, conduct, evaluate, document and supervise speech therapy activities; Develop individualized goals and objectives for center-based programs and design support plans based on functional assessment data; Collaborate with Program Coordinators, BCBAs, and ABAs/RBTs on the proper implementation of educational and clinical speech programs and plans, materials development, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems; Maintain a billable caseload and documents billable hours according to particular funding source policy and state and federal regulation; Actively participates in ongoing program oversight and development What we offer: Part-time from $50.00 - $70.00 / hr based on applicable experience and qualifications; Flexible weekday hours with set/flexible schedule Supportive administrative and scheduling staff manage referrals, authorizations, and insurance claims; Multidisciplinary environment where professionals can easily collaborate; Professional office management software provided with analytics/metrics that let you efficiently manage your caseload (Theralytics) Yearly bonuses

Education/Experience:
Experience and knowledge of treatment modalities used to enhance communication with minimally verbal children; Must possess a minimum of Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program; Current New Jersey Board license; Professional Liability Insurance; Must be authorized to work in the United States; New grads are welcome!
