Job Responsibilities:
Administer, conduct, evaluate, document and supervise speech therapy activities; Develop individualized goals and objectives for center-based programs and design support plans based on functional assessment data; Collaborate with Program Coordinators, BCBAs, and ABAs/RBTs on the proper implementation of educational and clinical speech programs and plans, materials development, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems; Maintain a billable caseload and documents billable hours according to particular funding source policy and state and federal regulation; Actively participates in ongoing program oversight and development What we offer: Part-time from $50.00 - $70.00 / hr based on applicable experience and qualifications; Flexible weekday hours with set/flexible schedule Supportive administrative and scheduling staff manage referrals, authorizations, and insurance claims; Multidisciplinary environment where professionals can easily collaborate; Professional office management software provided with analytics/metrics that let you efficiently manage your caseload (Theralytics) Yearly bonuses
