Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure Experience or strong interest in providing speech therapy to pediatric/ school-age populations Background in assessing and treating a range of pediatric communication disorders Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group, for school-aged children Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and support staff to foster student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
