Qualifications & Skills:

Hold an active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) School-based SLP experience strongly preferred Ability to work effectively with high school students Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for fostering student success

Role Responsibilities:

Manage a full-time caseload of high school students with diverse speech and language needs Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress Document services and maintain accurate records, complying with all district and legal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to student support teams Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
