Position Details:

Location:

Surgery Center at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City (W Memorial Rd)

Shift:

Full Time, 40 hours/week

Schedule:

Dayshift, 10-hour shifts (7a-5:30p)

Overview:

Under direct supervision completes tasks, according to skill level, to assist surgery personnel in providing nursing care and surgical services to patients in the operating room area.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Education:

Successful completion of Medical Terminology Course.

Preferred Experience:

Previous Nurse aide and/or phlebotomy experience in acute care setting.

Certifications:

BLS certified. Required certification must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. Why Mercy?
