Job Description

Category Imaging - Ultrasound Vascular Job Type Contract Embark on an impactful, patient-centered role specializing in vascular ultrasound. This contract opportunity begins on September 21, 2026, and lasts for 13 weeks. Your expertise will support individuals with peripheral vascular disease, using advanced imaging techniques to assist healthcare teams in delivering exceptional care.
Schedule:
Days, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30)
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a vascular ultrasound technologist or sonographer Current RVT certification (required) BLS certification (required) At least one RDMS registry, either Abdomen or
OB/GYN CCI RVS
certification accepted No state licensure required Previous experience with vascular imaging strongly preferred Comfort and skill working with patients affected by peripheral vascular disease
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound exams according to clinical protocol Analyze and interpret ultrasound data to assist with patient diagnosis and treatment planning Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure accurate, timely reporting of findings Maintain equipment, adhere to safety standards, and follow infection control procedures Interact with patients in a compassionate, professional manner, ensuring their comfort and understanding of procedures Accurately input and manage patient data and imaging records within the facility's system Why apply?
