Certification Vascular technology diagnostics Advanced Cardiac Sonographer Registered Vascular Technologist Associate's degree Vascular ultrasound imaging Sonography Full Job Description Quality Staffing is currently seeking skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer/Vascular Technologists to work in the Peripheral Vascular Laboratory. Ideal position for a dedicated vascular sonographer who enjoys an outpatient-only environment but still wants to see a variety of vascular studies and patient complexity. This vascular lab supports co-located clinics such as vascular surgery, VIR, and wound clinic. Technologists are valued for their expertise and an integral part of the larger clinical team.

Job Summary:

Performs vascular ultrasound evaluations with Doppler and physiologic testing Writes preliminary reports and communicates acute findings to care team Obtains pertinent patient health history prior to examination Prepares procedure room and equipment for daily use and is responsible for timely and efficient room preparation between procedures. Troubleshoots and identifies any equipment problems and reports to appropriate supervisor.

Required Skills/Experience:

Must have 4 years of recent Vascular Sonographer experience

7:30am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday), 5x8 hour shifts

Scheduling Requirements:

Length of contract: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40

No Weekends No Call Credential Requirements:

Resume reflecting all experience & explanation of gaps in employment more than 30 days Associate degree in Sonography, Radiology or related field BLS/Healthcare Provider (AHA or ARC) Must have one of the following certifications:

RDCS/ARDMS

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer RVT/VT
• Registered Vascular Technologist CCI/RCS
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer CCI/ACS
• Advanced Cardiac Sonographer
